Returns & Exchanges
Even the most perfectly gothic dress or anime accessory might not meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward process to ensure your dark fashion journey remains fearless and satisfying.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
The Dark Fashion Return Process

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information. - Wait for Approval
Our dark fashion guardians will review your request and email you within 2 business days with approval and return instructions. - Ship Your Items
Once approved, package your items securely and ship them to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs. - Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we’ve received and inspected your return. Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our community of fashion rebels, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Earrings (for obvious piercing-related reasons)
- Belts & Harnesses that show signs of wear
- Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
International Returns
As we ship darkness worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce customs charges.
